Roasted duck, warm roasted pumpkin and cashew salad. Salted caramel peanut truffles.

We are going a little asian. Braised and roasted local Duck in a sweet syrup of  Madeira, hoisin and honey. We will learn how to roast a perfect local squash for this satisfying and substantial salad that can stand on its own. Let’s finish with salty peanut truffles. A basic recipe  mixed with a peanut brittle. ( Make extra  for the holiday to give to your friends.)
