The gorgeous island of Sicily continues to seduce travelers with its dazzling diversity of landscapes and cultural treasures. A wonderful collection of culinary influences, Sicily's cuisine continues to rely on a few key island-grown ingredients. In this class, we will celebrate some appetizer recipes from Sicily.

This is a participation class where we will prepare:
Arancini (risotto balls)
Caponata
Oysters with granita

Class Price: $75 per person ($85 per person if you would like to also enjoy a wine tasting*)
Space is limited to 8 people.
*Must be 21 to participate in wine tasting.
