Sicilian Desserts

In Sicily, desserts are produced with local ingredients.  Pasta frolla is the basic pastry dough of Italy and is used in many of the traditional Sicilian desserts. In this class, we will perfect this dough and build a recipe on it as well as lighter recipes to satisfy the sweet tooth.

This is a participation class in which we we learn to make:

Pasta frolla
Ricotta cake
Coffee & lemon granita

Class Price: $65 per person ($75 per person if you would like to also enjoy a wine tasting*)
Space is limited to 8 people.
*Must be 21 to participate in wine tasting.
