Gnocchi is a dish of little dumplings made from potatoes, semolina, flour, or ricotta. This can be a simple dish to prepare, but the possibility of turning these light pillows of goodness into dense nothingness is present. In this class, you will learn foolproof methods for churning out delicious gnocchi to add to your repertoire of dishes to prepare.
This is a participation class in which we will make:
Gnudi made with ricotta (we will make the ricotta from scratch)
Roman semolina gnocchi
Class Price: $65 per person ($75 per person if you would like to also enjoy a wine tasting*)
