Curing to make it what to do with it

Curing your own salmon is simple and delicious. This class will focus on the process and what to do with bounty once you have it cured. This is a participation class in which the process will be detailed and following recipes will be made with the class:

Salmon roulade
Salmon dip
Salmon celeriac dauphinoise

Class Price: $65 per person ($75 per person if you would like to also enjoy a wine tasting*)
Space is limited to 8 people.
*Must be 21 to participate in wine tasting.
