Pasta making is not only an enjoyable and relaxing activity, it is so satisfying when you taste the results.
This is a participation class in which you will learn how to make fresh pasta to use in rotolo spinaci (spinach rolled in a pasta sheet), chunky fresh tomato sauce that will be your go-to sauce for the upcoming summer months, homemade ricotta (easy and so perfect in fresh pasta) and ravioli filled with herbed ricotta, fresh egg and served in a buttery parmesan sauce.
Class Price: $65 per person ($75 per person if you would like to also enjoy a wine tasting)
