For ease of entertaining, put a tart on your menu! Not only are they are a fantastic 'make ahead option, the combinations are endless once you learn the basics.
This is a participation class in which you will learn how to make a basic dough that can help you build a multitude of tarts. We will make a Torta Pasqualina (Ligurian Easter pie), a beautiful vegetable tart and a sweet apricot tart.
Class Price: $65 per person ($75 per person if you would like to also enjoy a wine tasting)
