In this class, you will be learning how to make 3 different and one of kind pasta sauces. One meat, one seafood, and one vegetarian. This is a hands on class and will be enjoyed with great wines that compliment the 3 different dishes.
The 3 Sauces featured in this class:
Slow cooked lamb shank, paper bag seafood linguine, and tutto crudo (tomato, capers, olives).
