This class will teach you step by step on how to make the best risotto. It starts with tostatura (to roast the rice) and finishing with mantecatura (the last step of the process, to blend all ingredients together). Deborah will give you the best ingredients to make the perfect risotto. You will also learn what wines to pair with risotto. The class is hands on and you will leave with a great knowledge of this wonderful and classic Italian dish.
